Hilton Rosemont O’Hare Chicago wedding, Kristen and Jerry –
Photographing Kristen and Jerry was like a dream…they are good looking, photogenic and willing to anything for a great photo op. What else could I possibly ask for? How about a Bridal party so fun that it made my head spin…yeah, can’t post a lot of the photos, but I’d just like to say a huge thank you to them for the most memorable party bus experience of my entire career 😉
Enjoy the photos, I sure enjoyed thanking them.
Kristen and the girls got dressed at theWit Hotel in Chicago.
Yeah, this is what I had to work with all day, rough gig right 😉
Hair by Mylissa’s Little Gallery. Make up by Catriona (312) 799-9814 Hair piece from etsy…. Bee Bee Baubles.
The happy couple choose to do a first look, so we could do photos before the ceremony as well.
I freaking love this photo so much!!
The staff at the Wit is super nice, always.
“Hey Jerry, would you mind sitting on the floor?” Such a good groom, love him!
One of my favorites.
Off color jokes, no extra charge.
St. Mary of the Lake, Chicago
This was such an unexpected surprise…while I was finishing up the photos by the lake, one of the bridesmaids flagged down this amazing car and asked the driver to wait for us so we could take photos with it. Can you believe it was the colors of the wedding?!! The car is a 1948 Rolls Royce “Silver Wraith” Limousine form Classic Wedding Car.
The reception was at the Hilton Rosemont O’Hare.
Couples often ask me if up-lighting is worth the extra money, the answer is always yes.

From the Bride…
‘Venue- Hilton Rosemont O’Hare…. Heba Helmi, our wedding coordinator, made our day so special. Going into this large production, we kind of expected the basics as the Hilton was not the first place we visited (uhhh, try the 10th venue!!) Heba went out of her way to make sure that we understood everything and felt comfortable throughout the process, and helping us with all the details.
Flowers- Jola’s Flowers….. We were very pleased with the bouquets, boutonnières, and tulle for the church decorations. She met with me on multiple occasions to ensure that we got exactly like we wanted.
DJ- MDM Entertainment-Thank you for making our night memorable. We received multiple compliments on the DJ set and the lights looked amazing! (Patti Heroux helped to coordinate our wedding table decorations, which were awesome!!) We really appreciate that Nick at MDM took the time to tailor the music to our preferences and consult us throughout the night. During planning, he offered great suggestions along the way when we just weren’t sure what to do.

Your favorite wedding memory?
First dance with my new husband- we chatted about what type of dance we should do, and we even thought maybe we should practice and choreograph something…… But with the hustle and bustle of the planning, that did not occur. Our DJ called us for our first dance and I though,” Oh, nooo, how could we forget about this detail!!” But everything flowed perfect, without a hitch…. As if we planned it out…
Memorable side-note…. Hilda sewing my wedding dress as I enjoyed my dinner because the lace bottom tore during photos 😉
Something you would have done different?
Not try to plan a wedding while attending grad school full time 🙂
Any advice for Brides-to-be?
Don’t sweat the small stuff in the planning process… There is always something that will go wrong; and most likely no one will notice but you. Try to take the time and enjoy your day, because it will fly by so fast…. Remember, in the long run, it’s not about the wedding, it’s about the marriage. So think about that when you are planning instead of stressing out so much.’
