Holy Family Catholic Church ceremony | Dinolfo’s of Homer Glen wedding reception | Yesenia & Roly

Yesenia & Roly are an obviously gorgeous couple, but more importantly they are kind and loving. Surrounded by family and l friends, they got married in Chicago, and partied it up in the suburbs.  I had the pleasure of hanging out with them and the wedding party most of the day, and boy did they give me tons of fun photo ops! Keep scrolling to see some of the most adorable kids, and the model couple 😉

From the Bride:  ‘Favorite wedding related purchase was my shoes!

Favorite wedding memory for the both of us was me walking down the aisle and seeing each other for the first time that day. That’s when it all felt real and all the nervousness we felt about the day just went away..

Advice for couples: enjoy every second of your day and let go of anything that “doesn’t go as planned” because at the end of the day none of those plans even matter. It will still feel like the happiest day ever.

Padrinos are important couples in the lives of the bride and groom who actively participate in the wedding ceremony rituals. The padrinos include:

The Lazo, which is placed on the bride and groom after the vows, symbolizes love and unity.

The lazo used at our wedding was even more meaningful because it was the same lazo my parents used at their wedding 27years ago.

The arras are 13 coins that the bride and groom exchange (placing them on each others’ hands). These symbolize prosperity in the marriage.

Other padrinos brought forward bible and rosary, crucifix, unity candle, wedding rings, and flowers for Mary to honor her.

Flowers: Eventos Galindo. Seriously just amazing work and pricing doesn’t even compare to other florists.

Cake: Orland Park Bakery. Absolutely delicious cakes, it was so hard to pick a flavor:)

Hair: Ramsay Marston Hair. Ramsay is beyond talented and amazing at what she does. She was able to take what I envisioned my wedding hair to look like and make it reality. I loved working with her!

Makeup: Glam by Stefanie. So talented and detailed in her work.. just amazing and such a sweet person. Everyone who got their makeup done by her was so happy by her work!’
